Rudolf Schindler, as Partner of Assessment Review Consultants, LLC (ARC), is a leading consultant on property tax assessments licensed to conduct business as a Tax Grievance Consultant. He has secured significant real estate tax reductions for his clientsand takes pride in giving his personalized attention to every appeal filed.
His business acumen began after receiving his Master degree in Business Administration and his methodical approach to appeals derived from his Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. He believes in serving his community, as well as his clients, and has served as Trustee for the West Hempstead School District Board of Education for 7 years.
As a former Rotarian, he incorporates their “Service above Self” motto for living. And as a former marathon runner, with a passion for running, he coached Track & Field with the Nassau County Police Activity League program for several years.
Loren Schindler,with over 30 years of experience devoted exclusively to real property tax matters, has practiced in both the public and private sector. Her unique training in representing both taxpayers and governmental agencies - affords her an excellent advantage uncommon to most tax consultants in representing clients.She has strong analytical, valuation and negotiation skills and a proficient knowledge of the NYS Real Property Tax Law.
Her high level of expertise and commitment to excellence is derived in part from serving 8 years as Counsel to the Nassau County Assessment Review Commission – the same agency where all Nassau County commercial and residential tax appeals are first reviewed.
She received a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, summa cum laude, from Buffalo State College; a Juris Doctor from Hofstra University School of Law and was a former member of the Nassau County Bar Association’s Tax Certiorari and Condemnation Committee.
